Order Processing
Orders will be processed within 3‑5 business days after payment confirmation. We do not ship on weekends and US federal holidays.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping rate: $35 per order
Free shipping when you purchase 3 or more items in one single order
Delivery Estimate
Standard shipping estimated delivery time: 7‑15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can be caused by carrier issues, bad weather, holiday peak volume or other uncontrollable factors.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping service is unavailable.
Tracking Information
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive confirmation email including tracking number.
Undeliverable Packages
If parcel returns back to us caused by wrong shipping address, customer refusal to receive or delivery failure, buyer needs to bear extra reshipping cost.
Lost Package
If tracking status shows “delivered” but you still haven’t received goods, please check with neighbors, building management and local courier first. Please email us within 10 days after “delivered” status so we can start carrier investigation.
